The buffalo chicken sandwich here is delicious and incredibly simple but wow does it hit the spot . Definitely my new go to for a delicious sandwich and Guinness on tap. Cheers!
Oh wow!!!! This was a great place to eat. We googled something and it didn't work out first. Then I hit the google again and it lead me here. I will be coming back that is more than an understatement.
Had A Philly, fries, and a beer. Philly Cheese w/wiz: 7.5/10 Fries: 6/10 Beer: Beer The Philly was good. Bread was awesome. Meat was good. The Fries were so so. I have a feeling the oil isn't changed out too often. I'll come back when in the area. Cool little spot.
I'm from the East Coast / Pennsylvania. Their cheesesteak is legit, and by far the best steak sandwich I've encountered in the West Coast. Owner is from Jersey, and the beers are cold. The various fries are a must have.
Was craving a sandwich and decided on a cheesesteak. Along with my cheesesteak I also ordered the crab fries (fries with old bay seasoning) and sweet and spicy wings. I was told wing orders typically have a 20 min wait, but I felt like I waited less than that. Service was great.. I was brought my food and asked if I wanted ranch, ketchup and napkins. The food hit the spot with the cheesesteak being my favorite. Fries weren't as good as I expected.. maybe they needed a bit more seasoning. I didn't care for the wings too much, but they were noticeably big so at least you don't have to worry about getting puny sized wings. Definitely want to come back and try another sandwich on their menu.
A great little hole in the wall! Beer on tap, and legit cheesesteak sandwiches! It's been here for many years, and it's as good now as it was then. Service is always great! Lots of regulars and they'll treat you like family. Best cheesesteaks in town, hands down! 10/10 - I'll be back, and you should as well. :)
We live nearby and decided to walk to A Bite of Jersey for lunch. I had looked at the photos on yelp and commented on how many Philly Cheesesteak photos there were (it was a lot). I took one bite of my husband's sandwich and understood why. It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I sadly finished eating my turkey sandwich which was delicious but didn't compare to the Philly Cheesesteak. Looking forward to going back and enjoying my own Cheesesteak soon!
Thought a 'bite of Jersey' read 'a bit of jersey'. I thought it was a t-shirt store forever They have beer on tap and lots of yummy tasty foods. This is a neighborhood bar come on by.
Can't go wrong with a Cuban and beer! I can't speak for all their sandwich options here, but the Cuban is on point. I live in the track directly behind this restaurant and finally gave it a try after many years since they opened. I WAS MISSING OUT. This hole in the wall sandwich shop has a homely pub vibe; probably have a lot of regular customers. Seems family owned, so service with a smile was inevitable. Nice out door seating too, perfect summer sandwich environment. I'll probably be back soon since it's walkable distance. Looking forward to their signature sandwiches next time.
